I’ve forced myself to write another message hoping and praying that someone would help bring justice to what my family is going through at this time.
While I know as I write this, there are thousands even hundreds of thousands of innocent incarcerated men and women who are in the same position that we are, yet they still have not received the support they need.
It is a horrible thing to experience a loved one being incarcerated for something they didn’t do, it is even more painful to know that this has been going on for many, many years and quite frankly, our communities, government leaders and politicians don’t care.
How could our country be filled with so much hate and how could WE allow it? It amazes me how there are so many people who live every single day not knowing or non-caring about the state of our country!
Our earth is literally being destroyed by (wo)man.
It also amazes me how we sit back and comfortably put the blame on God when He has absolutely nothing to do with the state of this nation. He gave us free will, the means to survive, families, not mentioning material things and most of all His love and this is what we do to repay Him… and that is to destroy the greatest gift ever given to man, LIFE!
We have even concluded ourselves to believe that the only way to receive a fair trial with potential exoneration is that we must spend hundreds of thousands of dollars JUST to tell the truth.
Not to mention if you’re a person of color, it takes collaborated marches to demand justice!
This is rediculous!
Now, in my brother’s (Reginald Glenn) case, the Harris County Investigator, Mike Kelly was told the truth. He was informed of the malicious scam and given every bit of information to locate the real criminal but because he decided to hate Reginald instead, he chose to pursue a conviction based on a lie instead of the truth. Mind you, this is who has been hired into a position to “protect” our City.
Next, we have a prosecutor who just wants to “win” another case. Perhaps she’ll receive a plaque of some sort, maybe a celebration at a club while drinking and toasting to the conviction of an innocent man, and maybe even a raise, who knows how she sleeps - but again, this is another person hired into a position to “protect” our City.
Ah, but let’s not forget the Honorable Judge Devon Anderson, who by the way is known all over the court system as the “hateful” and “mean” judge that no-one wants to enter her court-room because you never know what kind of “mood” she’ll be in. Now you tell me, why should any citizen of this country not want to enter a court room of supposedly “justice?”
I don’t feel like I should be afraid of a Judge ESPECIALLY if I’m innocent. But this Judge Devon Anderson decided on this day that she would base her decision on a “feeling” instead of what she originally took her oath on. She decided that this black man should serve the rest of his life in prison for a crime he didn’t even commit, “afterall he’s 50 years old, how much longer does he have to live anyway? Why not destroy him now? Heck, he’s never been in trouble before, why don’t I show his 71 year old mother what it feels like to watch your child go to prison after you raised him to despise crime. Oh and while I’m at it, I’ll show his children what it feels like to have REAL pain of not only losing a parent but to snatch away all of the income it takes to raise a child.” I often wonder how she lovingly looks at her child every single day knowing the pain she has caused so many families.
Yet again, WE THE PEOPLE sit back and watch and justify our reasons for not “getting involved.”
This is what has been destroying our nation, our country, our earth… these type of people.
Lastly, let’s talk about the Attorney who was referred to our family as one of the best attorneys in Houston, Cornel Williams. A desperate, need to wash his mouth out with soap, non-caring black man who doesn’t even care about his own people. Attorney Cornel A. Williams was provided with a list of witnesses who knew the scam and deception of this case and he called NOT one. He put me on the stand for two questions that meant absolutely nothing and then “rested.”
Yes, Attorney Cornel A. Williams proudly gave Reginald over to the prosecution. Hmmm, I wonder what his deal [reward] was for doing such. I hope whatever it was, it was worth the stain he has left on this family. I pray that his mother will NEVER have to experience the pain my mother has to deal with every single day. Lastly, I pray that no other individual is betrayed by him and that God forgive him only upon his own repentence.

I’ve known Reginald for almost ten years. When I heard what happened to him I was in total shock and disbelief! I knew that he was innocent before I heard all the story. The reason that I knew he was innocent, is that I know this man’s heart, spirit and character and I know that he would NEVER do anything to cause harm to anyone nor would he do anything that was not pleasing in God’s sight! To Reginald and family, I want you to know that I am here for you always and as you already know GOD will NEVER leave you nor FORSAKE you. To the individuals that played a role in taking away an innocent man’s freedom I say “No weapon formed against God shall prosper!!!
I am trying to pretend that I do not know Reginald while writing this comment.
Just from reading this story, and doing a little follow up on the parties involved in this case.
It is quite clear that something is very wrong with the justice system. What bother’s me even more is that a lot of the so called activist who seem to seek out the TV News camera, have turned a death ear to this miscarriage of injustice. I know Reginald will be set free once the real truth is told. I only pray that the Judge (Devon Anderson) in this case will also be found guilty of human rights violations.
Upon first hearing of Reginald’s situation, I was angered by the injustice of this judicial system. Though there are countless others who are victims to this system, it really hit home with this man whom I have known for years. I know with every fiber of my being his TOTAL innocence. He is a man of God, a family man, and a professional who is of impeccable character. It is my hope and prayer the this article will stir the conciousness of the community at large to come together in a collective effort to address and ultimately conquer such injustices on innocent citizens.
I am almost terrified to be writing. I do not exactly know what’s up but I know my landlord is the lowliest snake of a sociopath that there is. He has a company called Louisville Land here in Cleveland TN and a C21 in Chattanooga TN. I have a lawyer who has my info on him regarding my rental problems (Franklin Chancey) and the guys at the paper (David Davis and Guarav Tiwar-Cleveland Banner) know the stuff I found out while I was looking to start a tenants organization.I dropped it in their lap and let it go but the name Pinnacle stuck in my head and if it’s them you should check it out. We are close enough to Texas, and my LL doesn’t do stuff all that close to home if he can help it. I didn’t even meet him-wise for him-til a week after I moved in. Everyone knows my landlord is a liar and a thief, one judge even called him an animal for his mismanagement of Fort Hill cemetary-it is all public record. For a while he assumed the name of a a company named Pinnacle. You could look up his biz license-Joe V. Williams III-on TN.Gov. He has loads of business changes and office changes and assumed names. He has sisters Anne and Margaret and he manages their stuff as well. Also Elizabeth. One of the last names is Sexton. In Cleveland he partners with Kennedy Omanwa at Century 21 and they have a senior saints thing, Choice, Memakon-which is only under Kennedy’s name but there’s some record of who started it and it was two people in 1992 or 2002 to help exchange students and orphans with aids-yeah right. My guess would be human trafficking knowing them but what do I know? They got a Freindly neighborhood award winning clean up the neighborhood thing, and they are all for the old people, boy, and in Cleveland he’s had his thug come banging on my door to intimidate me and wouldn’t leave til I said I’d call a cop. Joe V. is a tall guy, red hair, 60’s and Kennedy is from Kenya, I think, maybe 30 or 40 and his middle name is Nysimi. I suggest you look in Tennessee for your culprit and all the luck to you. If you go on TN.gov you can find out, he owns lots of Cleveland, Chattanooga, who knows what. You will have to find the info yourself, no one is really interested in anything anymore but prozac and their bigscreen TV, you know? MY LL sent a fake contractor over and when I asked the BBB to check it out she sent me a copy of his license and the company he worked for, but I told her I found that already, he told me he was independent and worked alone and if so why was the address for Bennett and Pless, in Chattanooga, by my LL, who was supposed to send an indeppendant rather than some guy who would say yah, it’s fixed even though it never was (whatever it is-anything, they fix nothing). Start your name search for those people on white pages.com, you can find what Jolie morphed her name into pretty easily. You may want to get yourself a good lawbook, something by Nolo, a basic guide. Sounds like your lawyer is guilty of malpractice. Who recommended him, anyway? If everybody is in on it together, Jeeze, I hate to think what this says about people. I really was determined not to think about this issue with my landlord anymore and now I’m ready to go file your brother out of jail. I’m sick over it. I hope and pray that this is resolved for you soon, and your poor mom. I could cry. I emailed you so if you think I could help you any email me back. Have you tried the FBI? They are seriously cracking down on Mortgage scams and things like that. You can write directly to the president as well, and you should. Google ‘write the president’ and you’re there. These mortgage scammers and real estate rings are the reason the economy is in the toilet. I’ve told a few people and everybody looks at me like ‘why do YOU care?’-I say what you said-it can happen to anybody! Turn away and you are next, maybe People blame the victim because it makes them feel safer. Just makes them more vulnerable. Good luck. Pinnacle is the one who made the mistake, and there’s four or five Pinnacles registered in TN. What about the FTC? That woman advertised in the paper.
I should point out that the post I wrote yesterday is my opinion. There are tons of Pinnacle companies in TN, many already defunct. Just because I can’t conceive of anyone as evil as my landlord and his harrassing, intimidating partner does not mean that other unfeeling con artists aren’t running loose in the world, preying on the naive and the innocent and the trusting. I get so upset on behalf of other people I don’t think before I speak. My mind is so constantly full of the lies I was told, and the money I was scammed out of, and the time I wasted, that I can’t think of anything else even when I am trying hard to.
