Judge Devon Anderson’s Oath
Every federal judge takes an oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States. 28 U.S.C. § 453.
Sec. 453. Oaths of justices and judges
Each justice or judge of the United States shall take the following oath or affirmation before performing the duties of this office: ”I, _ _ _ _ _ _, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will administer justice without respect to persons , and do equal right to the poor and to the rich, and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent upon me as _ _ _ under the Constitution and laws of the United States. So help me God.”
Violations of that oath is grounds for impeachment. U. S. Code Cong. & Admin. News, p. 6896 (1990).
Remember, this is what Judge Devon Anderson said before sentencing:
“I want you to know that this has nothing to do with Pinnacle Title but everything to do with you. I feel that you are a con-artist, I’m not giving probation, I’m sentencing you to 20 years.” Judge Devon Anderson

I know Reggie, in fact we were at the same facility (Garza East), and ironically we were in the same court room, Yes! Judge Devon Anderson. I too was convicted of a crime I did not commit, in fact Anderson found it sufficient enough for the testimony of a disgruntled woman,my wife!HEARSAY! and gave no importance to the fact that there was absolutely no evidence to substantiate any,nor all of the claims presented. So, with that said…the entire Houston judicial system needs a complete overhaul. Starting with the court appointed attorneys. There truly is corruption throughout the system.
I have a friend who went before her on 03/17/2010 faceing 18 years for something he did not do. Do you have a certified copy of her oath filed? if so can you email a pdf file please” Thanks in advance!
