This person who suspiciously uses aka’s quite frequent is known as Maria Santos, Jocelyn Diad, Jocelyn Diaz, Jocelyn Oquendo and “Jolie”, is the person who scammed Reginald who is now facing 20 years in prison.  (Read the details here)

We are offering a $1000 Reward Leading to the arrest of this individual.  It is quite possible that she may be hiding in St. Louis, MO, Lowell Massachusetts, Florida or Puerto Rico.

My vision report is coming along very well… I don’t have any trouble dreaming and visualizing my future.  That has been going on for as long as I can remember… but, I have to learn to focus on one thing at a time. 

I know I have to give to get.  When you stop giving, you will stop getting.  In life “it is better to attempt something great and fail, than to attempt nothing and succeed.”

The greatest, most wonderful realization for me is God’s word being revealed to me. It’s true! I feel His word inside of ME! Going through and through. Jesus said… “let my teachings become a part of you, then when you pray, ask for whatever you want and your prayer will be answered. Ask for it in MY name… and I will do it!”

Well, I don’t want to start writing everything that’s inside me… it would be too much! (smile).  I am closing now.  I love you very much!

Have you ever had someone hit you so hard that the blow actually felt like the wind was knocked out of you and you couldn’t breathe?  If not, I pray that you NEVER experience anything like what I’m about to share with you.

I’ve waited a VERY long time to tell you about this.  Simply because it’s been said that you don’t mix your personal life into your business life and, to some degree, I agree with it.  So why am I choosing to tell you?  Because I want to let everyone know who Regina truly is and that I’m human just like everyone else.  I’m not the world’s perception of success, I am God’s daughter with a desire to make a difference in the lives of masses of people, that to me is real success.  When I can help people realize a positive difference in their lives - that’s success!

When we were growing up, my parents did everything they could to keep hate, prejudice, drugs and deception away from us.  We were showered with as much love as they could muster up.  Both of my parents worked and believed very strongly in Education.  When we talked about our desires of an Entrepreneur Lifestyle, my Dad would say, “that sounds good but you are going to have a real job and if you want to do something on the side, fine, but working a job should be your priority.” 

My Brother and I did what he said but we still couldn’t shake the “feelings” we had about being our own Boss, especially Reggie!  Although he worked as an Architect, he started a clothing and furniture business on the side. 

Reggie went to school, never got in trouble, didn’t hang around a lot of guys and eventually got his degree in Architectural Engineering.  Because he didn’t do what most guys did his age, he was considered somewhat nerdy… he wasn’t educated to the “streets.”  He’s NEVER been in trouble before.  He doesn’t have a “record!”  Anyone he’s ever met, he took them for their word and never looked at them as being deceitful even if they were!  He just saw the story a person would paint for him.

I can’t begin to tell you what this has done to my family.  What I do know is this, there are so many people who’s lives have been effected like this for years and it’s not until it knocks at your front door that you could ever begin to know the world we live in today.  Our parents tried to shelter us from experiencing this.  We had no clue what “con-artist” meant.  We didn’t know people do these things every single day and have been for years. 

Laid My Life Down

Scripture reads: “Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.”  John 15:13  Honestly speaking, I’ve heard that scripture many times over but never knew the real meaning until I was faced with the choice. 

Since then, I’ve had an interesting journey to say the least.  I’ve stopped doing a lot of things that really served no purpose.  I left my residence to move in with my 72 year old Mother who has had a difficult time dealing with what has happened with my brother.  She doesn’t like being alone.  I talk to my Mom A LOT!  I have to, to keep her encouraged and give her comfort.  Most of the times that I leave home, she’s with me.

There is not a day that goes by that I don’t research organizations, the news media and organizations who have the resources to help bring attention to this horrible challenge.  Sometimes I’m on the computer 15 hours a day except on Fridays.  Every Friday, my Mom and I make a 6 hour round trip drive to see him for two hours.  I made the vow to him that he will see our face every week until he walks out!  YES, I’ve LAID my life down!  Praise God!

We send him books of encouragement, letters and keep money on his account for food and toiletries.  Reggie’s first attorney “sold” him over to the prosecution.  Of course we didn’t now anything like that ever existed until it was too late.  Since then we’ve been blessed with a very good Law Firm, and a quite expensive one to say the least.  Right now we’re faced with the challenge of raising $50k to settle his attorney fees.  We have no clue where it’s going to come from - but we declare by faith, that it’s coming.  Just recently a very prominent news reporter who we can’t mention as of yet, is now taking on the story and will air it on a wide spread news channel. 

There are many months that I experience the possibility of my internet connection being turned off, not being able to pay my car note on the due date because his needs come first. 

Now, ask the question again… is Regina successful?  Yes I am.  Because we’re going to beat this.  This experience alone will allow me to inform less fortunate families on how to survive when mentally, they don’t think they can.  It is my desire to teach individuals on how to see deception 100 miles away! 

I pray everyday, that God will show us the way to raise what is needed to pay this debt.  It’s this debt that keeps people from doing what they should be doing to save a life, unfortunately they don’t see it this way, they only see dollar signs.  He’s never been in a situation like this so it is very important that we keep his mind alert and stayed on Jesus! It is my desire that 1000 people will have the heart to donate $50 to Justice 4 Reggie here.  Will it happen?

The word of God reassures me that “faith is the substance of things HOPED for, and the evidence of things unseen.“  Faith can only manifest in the life of a believer.  Thus, I believe!  Everything is a testing of our faith.  We are going through the fire and choose NOT to give up because God’s glory shall be seen in all of this.  We don’t whine or complain, we seek solutions.  We have attitudes of expectancy!  We refuse to get bitter because the joy of the Lord, is our strength AND we’re victorious and NOT victims!

“God never aborts a dream,
God never disqualifies you,
God never gives up on you,
Mercy counts us in, not out!”

Sec. 453. Oaths of justices and judges

Each justice or judge of the United States shall take the following oath or affirmation before performing the duties of this office: ”I, _ _ _ _ _ _, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will administer justice without respect to persons , and do equal right to the poor and to the rich, and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent upon me as _ _ _ under the Constitution and laws of the United States. So help me God.”

Violations of that oath is grounds for impeachment.  U. S. Code Cong. & Admin. News, p. 6896 (1990).

Remember, this is what Judge Devon Anderson said before sentencing:
 
“I want you to know that this has nothing to do with Pinnacle Title but everything to do with you.  I feel that you are a con-artist, I’m not giving probation, I’m sentencing you to 20 years.” Judge Devon Anderson

While I know as I write this, there are thousands even hundreds of thousands of innocent incarcerated men and women who are in the same position that we are, yet they still have not received the support they need.

It is a horrible thing to experience a loved one being incarcerated for something they didn’t do, it is even more painful to know that this has been going on for many, many years and quite frankly, our communities, government leaders and politicians don’t care.

How could our country be filled with so much hate and how could WE allow it? It amazes me how there are so many people who live every single day not knowing or non-caring about the state of our country!

Our earth is literally being destroyed by (wo)man.

It also amazes me how we sit back and comfortably put the blame on God when He has absolutely nothing to do with the state of this nation. He gave us free will, the means to survive, families, not mentioning material things and most of all His love and this is what we do to repay Him… and that is to destroy the greatest gift ever given to man, LIFE!

We have even concluded ourselves to believe that the only way to receive a fair trial with potential exoneration is that we must spend hundreds of thousands of dollars JUST to tell the truth.

Not to mention if you’re a person of color, it takes collaborated marches to demand justice!

This is rediculous!

Now, in my brother’s (Reginald Glenn) case, the Harris County Investigator, Mike Kelly was told the truth. He was informed of the malicious scam and given every bit of information to locate the real criminal but because he decided to hate Reginald instead, he chose to pursue a conviction based on a lie instead of the truth. Mind you, this is who has been hired into a position to “protect” our City.

Next, we have a prosecutor who just wants to “win” another case. Perhaps she’ll receive a plaque of some sort, maybe a celebration at a club while drinking and toasting to the conviction of an innocent man, and maybe even a raise, who knows how she sleeps - but again, this is another person hired into a position to “protect” our City.

Ah, but let’s not forget the Honorable Judge Devon Anderson, who by the way is known all over the court system as the “hateful” and “mean” judge that no-one wants to enter her court-room because you never know what kind of “mood” she’ll be in. Now you tell me, why should any citizen of this country not want to enter a court room of supposedly “justice?”

I don’t feel like I should be afraid of a Judge ESPECIALLY if I’m innocent. But this Judge Devon Anderson decided on this day that she would base her decision on a “feeling” instead of what she originally took her oath on. She decided that this black man should serve the rest of his life in prison for a crime he didn’t even commit, “afterall he’s 50 years old, how much longer does he have to live anyway? Why not destroy him now? Heck, he’s never been in trouble before, why don’t I show his 71 year old mother what it feels like to watch your child go to prison after you raised him to despise crime. Oh and while I’m at it, I’ll show his children what it feels like to have REAL pain of not only losing a parent but to snatch away all of the income it takes to raise a child.” I often wonder how she lovingly looks at her child every single day knowing the pain she has caused so many families.

Yet again, WE THE PEOPLE sit back and watch and justify our reasons for not “getting involved.”

This is what has been destroying our nation, our country, our earth… these type of people.

Lastly, let’s talk about the Attorney who was referred to our family as one of the best attorneys in Houston, Cornel Williams. A desperate, need to wash his mouth out with soap, non-caring black man who doesn’t even care about his own people. Attorney Cornel A. Williams was provided with a list of witnesses who knew the scam and deception of this case and he called NOT one. He put me on the stand for two questions that meant absolutely nothing and then “rested.”

Yes, Attorney Cornel A. Williams proudly gave Reginald over to the prosecution. Hmmm, I wonder what his deal [reward] was for doing such. I hope whatever it was, it was worth the stain he has left on this family. I pray that his mother will NEVER have to experience the pain my mother has to deal with every single day. Lastly, I pray that no other individual is betrayed by him and that God forgive him only upon his own repentence.

Do you know where this man is now? Meet Reginald Glenn. He is in a Texas prison, sentenced to TWENTY years for a crime he did not commit. How did this happen, you ask? Unfortunately this couple (in the photo you see) experienced some troubles and their marriage ended in divorce.

A few years later he met a woman online named Jocelyn Diad. She seemed wonderful and caring and eventually she moved to Houston. Little did Reginald know that Jocelyn was not what she seemed. Infact she was a known con artist - too bad he didn’t know this.

She had told him that she was expecting a settlement from a court case and what ensued was a terrible whirlwind of events that left her at large with an outstanding warrant for her arrest and Reginald not knowing what was happening - completely bewildered. He had been conned by this woman - his new wife - and was left holding the bag on criminal charges…she had stolen money in a highly complicated scheme, unbeknownst to Reginald.

He tried to cooperate with the authorities when he found out what was happening. But before you knew it he was in front of Judge Devon Anderson, and was represented by a lawyer that seemed none too interested in defending him competently. The Judge found him guilty based on something she FELT instead of the facts presented - which showed mistakes made by various parties involved - none of which were on Reginald’s part - except that he trusted someone who turned out to be a con artist. Last February he was convicted and handed down a heavy sentence.

TWENTY YEARS. Which means for the rest of his life, basically. No prior involvement with the law whatsoever, a tax paying, law abiding, and hard working man. Clearly the victim of a constitutional rights violation.

Think this couldn’t happen to you? Well this man is proof that it can. How many other innocent people are in prison?
